Has had my payment for 17 days now and are still unable to provide me with a tracking number or even tell me whether it has been shipped or not, very unorganized and no clue how to communicate it retailer's, will definitely be buying another brand, very unfortunate, get your act together.
Pick up the phone and call the warehouse, how had is it to get an answer 🤔
My experience with Trak Racer has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride.
TL:DR;
- Delivery went wrong for 1 piece and took weeks to eventually arrive
- Great product! (definitely worth the wait)
- Support has limited capabilities and communication where it matters
I'm a first time buyer. I had been eyeing their TR8 Pro v2 for some time and, after much consideration and review hunting online, decided to bite the bullet.
The trouble was that my order consisted out of 8 packages, of which only 7 were delivered. The missing one showed as pending pickup by UPS. Eventually I contacted Trak Racer support to see if they can check it out.
That's where I got in touch with Rose, where we managed to get things resolved. However this ultimately did take several weeks due to various circumstances that aren't worth going into detail over.
My patience was stretched thin but Rose did keep me posted every few days. I feel that support is overworked and understaffed, and they clearly had trouble communicating with an understaffed warehouse. Rose was kind enough to place a replacement order on my behalf, along with a free pair of gloves (thanks!) for all the trouble.
I really hope that TrakRacer gets their warehouse communication and support flows improved. I don't expect next day delivery with large items, but the whole support process did span into almost 2 months.
This is not a support problem, they seem to be able to only do so much, but an infrastructure problem. After all, the missing piece did get labeled but never picked up according to UPS. (Speaking of, UPS was dreadful and messy in their delivery, and no support from them)
I hope that now Corsair has bought Trakracer these problems will be addressed shortly for an otherwise good product.
Maybe I was just unlucky with that one piece going missing. If all 8 packages were delivered, this would've been a 5 star rating for sure.
I'm definitely enjoying the TR8 Pro v2 now that I also put it together, and that experience of the long dreadful wait is a thing of the past.
Part finally arrived, thank you but I shouldn't have to keep chasing my order and it was late. I ve changed my feedback .. to not so guilty
Their customer service is crap, messaged over 3 days ago, per their preferred method of communication to ask a product question before handing over a thousand dollars and still no response, time to look at a different supplier.
I am still waiting for a seat and monitor mount despite it was set as 'available' .. ordered it 3 weeks ago and still it's not being even send. I encourage everybody here to review Reddit post, trak racer in europe have one of worst customer experience.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience.
I ordered a triple monitor mount from Trak Racer costing well over £300. When it failed to arrive, I contacted Trak Racer to report it as a missing delivery. It has now been over a month since I first raised the issue, yet I have still not received a meaningful response to my formal complaint even after chasing it up a number of times.
According to the courier, the delivery had been signed for. However, I had not received it.
It later transpired that the courier had left all three parcels in the garden of a property several miles away while the homeowner was out at Alton Towers for the day. The homeowner, Ben, noticed my name on the delivery label, searched for me on Facebook, and contacted me. Thanks entirely to his honesty, I was able to recover my order.
Had Ben not taken the time to find me, I would have been over £300 out of pocket and would never have received my monitor stand.
Throughout the process, I was left with the impression that Trak Racer did not believe I had genuinely not received the delivery, despite the courier's mistake. I appreciate that the delivery was carried out by a third-party courier, but as the retailer, Trak Racer is responsible for ensuring orders reach their customers.
After recovering the order, I submitted a formal complaint explaining what had happened and raising my concerns about both the delivery failure and the way the matter had been handled. More than a month later, I have still received no meaningful response—not even an explanation, an apology, or reassurance that steps have been taken to prevent this happening to another customer.
The monitor stand itself is an excellent product, but customer service is measured by how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, the lack of communication following such a serious delivery failure has been extremely disappointing.
I hope Trak Racer reviews both its complaint handling process and its relationship with its delivery partner so that no other customer has to rely on the honesty of a stranger to receive an order they have paid for..
Incidentally, months later I still await a response from Trak racer
I argued with this company for days over a discount that was clearly advertised on their website. I provided screenshots and other proof showing the product was listed on sale. During the conversation, they even acknowledged that the issue was caused by their website, yet they still refused to honor the advertised price or make the situation right.
The $14 wasn’t the issue—I couldn’t care less about the amount. What bothered me was being told that I was the one who was confused, despite having evidence and despite the company admitting the mistake originated with their website.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company handles them. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving a straightforward issue, they chose to deny the discount and shift the blame. That level of customer service is extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I want to start by saying that the customer support team—specifically Julie, Gab, and Thomas on Discord—have been absolutely great to interact with. They are polite, professional, and do their best to help. However, Trak Racer's internal logistics, website backend, and supply chain are incredibly frustrating to deal with.
I originally tried to order the TR120 flight setup, but the website blocked the order, claiming it could not ship to Edmonton from Ottawa. Even after contacting customer support, the team was completely unable to manually invoice me for the TR120 due to system limitations.
A few days later, the TR120 was still broken on the site, but the system allowed me to buy the more expensive TR160 model. I ordered it on June 24th, with the site noting some parts were back-ordered until mid-June.
When mid-June passed, support assured me the entire rig would be complete and shipped by mid-July, stating they were just waiting on the seat. Because of the delays, I requested that they ship whatever parts they had in stock so I could at least begin assembling the frame.
A few days ago, FedEx dropped off 4 out of 6 boxes. trakracer didnt send me any notification of the 4 boxes coming or tracking information, they just appeared. Immediately after, I received an email from customer support informing me that the seat is now delayed even further—and I am now looking at the end of August before it arrives.
While Julie, Gab, and Thomas are excellent to deal with, Trak Racer's inventory management has turned a premium purchase and first time purchase into an exhausting, multi-month waiting game. If you order from them, expect fantastic front-line staff trying their best to manage a broken shipping pipeline.
Update Aug 11th:
Checked the website to see if the issue with ordering the 120 online and ship to edmonton from ottawa was fixed....... still couldnt order it but I can easily get the more expensive 160 ordered no problem at all.
was told I was only waiting for the seat to arrive so I started to assemble the parts I had here while I was waiting. It was one box I was missing, it was 2 I found out. Spoke with jamie on discord and he was able to get the part shipped and sent. part arrived ( side arm rail for flight controls) and the brackets are completely different than the one on the other side of the rig. followed the instructions for the 160v5 they have online to build it but there are parts left over that are not on the inventory for the machine, there are parts that are missing, and the instructions are for driving sim, and doesnt explain how to install all the flight atatchements. The manuals are somewhat easy to follow but the lack of a proper gyuide for that model and corerrect inventory list to see what you have and what you dont should be available.
right now I am now waiting on the steering wheel frame that goes in the middle of the rig and the seat.
I did give a 2 star review earlier as their customer support people were friendly and were able to address some issues immedately, but with the further delays and lack of getting correct parts shipped together and waiting months for trucks to come and go with parts just to be 2 months later and still awaiting parts is sad. If i didnt have to pay the shipping costs to return the parts to them i would have cancelled my order and went to a different vendor if i knew the warehouse and shipping issues were this bad. After 50 days of waiting and getting generic replies and assurance that they are looking into it I initated a chargeback with my lending provider.
Update.... 64 days later and im still waiting for a seat that I was told orginally would be in by end of June then it got pushed back to mid July, end July, mid to late Aug, to 2 days away..... why is it so hard to get main package components in and shipped?

My tr160 came well packaged with no aluminium dust, it got one scratch on one of the main supports but I was expecting it somewhere as it is aluminium.
The delivery experience wasn't great, it took 10 days to ship then took another 2 weeks for the pallet to arrive with no tracking which is why i gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I would absolutely not use this website for anything tech related. Not to mention the shipping on a pair of gloves is *somehow* £15, for gloves? Really?
I ordered their 34" Ultrawide gaming monitor and my god, what an experience, and I don't mean that in the good way.
The delivery was prompt, all was good on that end. Got it out of the box, all went well for the first couple of hours, despite the small size. Then I suddenly noticed an air bubble in the top left hand corner of the screen with debris underneath it. Then upon further inspection I noticed debris (most likely adhesive) dust and even hairs trapped in the gap between the plastic screen and the housing itself.
Furthermore the built quality just overall felt flimsy.
To add insult to injury, these jokers have a returns policy that is not complicit with UK consumer rights. They state that they will not accept returns if the item has been opened. I'm sorry... what? Not only is that illegal but it's downright stupid. How am I supposed to know if the screen has defect without opening it? I even had to prompt them to supply a return shipping label which took days because apparently someone at the warehouse can't just print one off and have it sorted in a timely fashion. Overall it took around 2 weeks for me to actually get my money back.
Awful experience. Awful customer service. I do not recommend this company at all.
Edit in response to TrakRacer:
That’s a very dismissive response and about what I would expect from a company like TrakRacer. Apparently it isn’t just my “personal assessment,” as you have bad reviews about your company coming out left, right and centre. You have such a bad reputation that trying to clap back at me and defending it is laughable. I’ve been sure to tell my friends in the sim racing community to never use TrakRacer, and funnily enough quite a few of them already knew that TrakRacer were sub-par. I wouldn't call an air bubble in the corner of an ultrawide monitor, nor adhesive between the monitor frame and the screen alongside hairs and dust "High quality standards," it makes me wonder if you even have quality assurance people to look at the products before they're packaged up and sent out - what a bad joke!

I placed an order for the TR160 Mk5 with addons (seat, slider etc) on the 23th of June 2026 for a total of 1.421,42€
I also paid an additional fee for UPS EXPRESS saver, but despite this all orders where sent out with UPS Standard.
(I was given a refund of the price difference, that has not yet arrived)
The order was shipped out on the 29th of June.
(From the warehouse in the Netherlands to Germany.)
On that day I noticed that only 11 of 12 boxes where given to UPS, the 12th box was sitting on „label created".
Now it is the 3th of July, and I still have not received the 12th box.
Unfortunately that box contains PART 1 of the TR160-MK5 rig.
The rig seems to come in two parts, so l am unable to even start building my rig at all.
I have initiated contact with support on the 30th of June regarding the one shipment that was not handed over to
UPS, and I was told on the same day that they will check with their warehouse.
And today, on the 3rd of July I still have absolutely zero info regarding my missing shipment that has not yet left the warehouse.
I am currently debating wether to just cancel the order and go look at other brands rig's or to wait just a little longer.
Overall conclusion so far:
- Customer support: fine-ish, expect 24 hour wait times here and there, especially on initial contact and the need to be a little pushy to get proper answers.
- From the minute of placing the order to today it had been nothing but absolutely and utterly frustrating and incredibly exhausting to deal with Trakracer, for the prices one would expect a little faster resolutions.
- seemingly barely any business to customer transparency and updates unless you specifically push for them.
I will update this review accordingly as soon as the situation is going forward / resolved.
As of right now I do NOT recommend buying from Trakracer.
—————————————————
Update as of Sunday, 19th of July.
After getting handed over to Julie things finally moved at more or less reasonable speeds, so a huge thank you to Julie for that!
(as a little independent review I give Julie 10/10, always polite, resolution oriented and transparent.)
I was sent a replacement for the missing box.
Unfortunately once again with UPS Standard instead of UPS Express, but at least I finally had the missing box.
Upon unboxing everything I noticed lots and lots of metal shavings everywhere, it seems like the parts where not properly cleaned after finishing manufacturing.
Unfortunately I also had a lot of cosmetic damage, from rather large dents to scratches across parts and plates but decided it is not worth the hassle to go to through the customer support experience once again.
Just like with the first rig, I am also happy with this new one over all.
Although I still cannot with confidence recommend doing business with TrakRacer.
I do still believe they lack proper coverage in their Customer Support and the company as a whole still lacks transparency. For example you have to dig through the discord and ask around to *hopefully* find out that a warehouse has issues.
The partner they use for EU warehouses should either be fined, or out right replaced with issues stacking up that much constantly (as visible in their discord with shipping issues.)
It also seems like there is a lack of assigning customers to customer support properly, I was told multiple times that apparently an EU support team exists, but always had AU/NA personell talk to me, which is a hassle for quick communication due to the different time-zones, which essentially stretched resolution finding unnecessarily long.
For the multiple failed shipping services I was refunded the difference.
As for my final review:
- Order Process: 7/10
- Shipping: 1/10
- Customer Support OVERALL: 4/10
- Customer Support by Julie: 10/10
- EU Warehouse: 2/10
- Transparency: 2/10
- Material / Rig Quality: 7/10
No support what so ever, Still awaiting refund for goods returned over 5 weeks ago. Told the refund would be in my bank 5-7 days 2 weeks later I'm still waiting.
I have never experienced customer service like it. Thankfully having bought the item through PayPal I am now hoping that they have better luck trying to return my money.
I placed 4 different orders on TrakRacer, using my work place address. I confirmed all the orders were placed with the correct address. However, one day I received a call from Fedex and the agent told me they have a package with my name, phone number, city name but no street address. It turned out whoever in the trakracer was in charge of printing the shipping label didn't correctly put the address on the label. I have 6 packages coming from TrakRacer and all have this issue. I tried to contact trakracer's support, their email address didn't work, got mail rejection. Their online message system, no reply. No support and no apology. Definitely the worst shopping experience I had in recent years. I will not doing business with TrakRacer again.

My experience with Trak Racer had a very difficult start, but fortunately it ended well.
I ordered a set of Conspit pedals for €799. Unfortunately, the original shipment was lost before it reached me, which resulted in a very long delay. The most frustrating part of the experience was the lack of communication for several weeks. During that time, I had no product, no replacement, and no clear timeline, which understandably caused me to lose confidence.
After posting my concerns, Bryan from the Trak Racer support team personally took ownership of my case. He arranged a replacement order, kept me informed, and followed the issue through until it was fully resolved. The replacement arrived safely, and he also provided a €50 store credit as a goodwill gesture, which I greatly appreciated.
While I still believe the communication and response times during the first part of this process need significant improvement, I also believe it’s important to acknowledge when a company makes things right. Thanks to Bryan’s dedication, the situation was ultimately resolved satisfactorily.
I’m now looking forward to enjoying the pedals, and I hope Trak Racer continues improving its customer support, because the products certainly deserve it.

Ordered the tr160 v5 plus some accessoires the rig looks good but the manual needs some real work. On 1 page the seat is the back part and later its the front making its almost impossible to know which way a part needs to go without youtube, like the seat brackets wich dont even have a manual so without youtube u have no clue wich way its suppose to go which is really frustrating.
In short would recommend but suggest using youtube during assemble and not just using the manual

I recently bought a TR8 rig from Trak Racer. DX Express left 6 massive boxes out in the rain in my garden because I was away, despite organising another date on their website and having it confirmed. Upon opening them, I discovered Trak Racer has sent me mismatched components: I have received TR8-B (Black) for Part 2, but TR8-G (Grey) for Part 1.I currently have an unusable, mismatched "Franken-rig" strewn across my room. I do not want a refund—I just want a human to look at this issue, send me the correct matching black box, and arrange a collection for the incorrect grey one.I have emailed my sales advisor and support over the last few days and am being completely ignored, as it seems are many. Please have a manager contact me immediately to arrange the parts swap. Order #TRUK22232
Section 75 chargeback initiated as Trak Racer are still ignoring this issue of their own making.
* In response to Trak Racers reply: What a load of old rubbish, still no-one has contacted me weeks after. Lets be honest, there is no 'investigation' happening. All people have to do is look on your Discord where people post their poor experiances with your company because you never reply to anyone! Have a look, there are loads of customers that never get contacted, deliverys lost, items missing, refunds ignored. Trak Racer is a very badly run company with regards to dealing with is actual bread and butter, its customers. Avoid them and use anyone else.*

I ordered a front mount for my rig on April 5th, and I am still waiting. I have just been hit with a second delay, and now customer service is claiming it won't arrive until the end of July. Expecting a customer to wait nearly 4 months for an order while pushing back the dates multiple times is completely unprofessional. A simulator rig is useless without its mounting components. I am highly disappointed with Trak Racer's logistics and communication.
