Hardcover book with paper cover
The book itself was in great condition. Just a few corners turned down so not able to pass it off as new.
The cover itself was in as new condition but ruined by so many stickers plastered all over the lower section.
The packaging was very good.
Delivered as promised.

They backordered a book without asking
The book I ordered showed instock when i placed the order, when they "processed" the order the next day it was shown on my order form as on backorder. I was not asked if i wanted to backorder this book and was told I cannot cancel the backorder because "they have already ordered it from t heri 3rd party vendor." All I was to I would be able to do was try to return it after it shows up but i would be responsible for shipping and according to theri own policy the return is not garunteed. I will not be using this company agian, good prices or not poor customer service is unaccepatble in the book space.
