Stylish cashmere delivered to France
I love finding a stylish cashmere jumper at a great price and The White Company has done it again! The best part is that they deliver to France so I don’t miss out during the sale. Delivery was about 10 days with notification closer to the day. Very happy with my purchase. The jumper is perfect for high waisted trousers.

Inexistant customer service
I purchased a gift 10 days before I needed it.
The courier they use (Evri) is non existent in our area and never delivers on time. When I contacted them to inform them, I was offered to send a partial replacement including the gift box only as the item I bought was out or stock ! That’s a first nonsense.
I asked if I could have a promotional code for a quick delivery so I could purchase another gift while making sure if I would get it on time, the answer was no.
I asked if they could replace the item out of stock with another item, the answer was no.
I was even told to go to the nearest shop if I needed the item quickly !
All in all, apart from a refund, which is the minimum to be done, no support was offered to find a viable solution. I certainly will not order from them again.

Problem with delivery
To make clear the items I bought are lovely, great quality and value. BUT and it is a very big "but" the delivery process by Evri was appalling and it will make me think very carefully before ordering from you again. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and was left against a door directly on the street. Anyone could have stolen it. It was pure chance that I recognised the position of the parcel shown on the delivery photo. I had given clear delivery instructions to Evri. The parcel was delayed and I had conflicting information from Evri. You need to change your delivery contract.

I was a loyal customer with The White Company, but will find somewhere else now.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I placed an order during the sale on 6th July and patiently waited over two weeks for it to arrive. Then, on 22nd July, I unexpectedly received an email informing me that my order had been refunded.
When I contacted customer service via live chat, I was told that my parcel was possibly returned to the retailer. Rather than contacting me or attempting to resend it, they simply refunded the order. To make matters worse, I was told the items are no longer on sale.
The only solution offered was a discount on a future order, which is completely unacceptable. Why should I have to spend even more money because of an issue that was entirely outside of my control?
After waiting over two weeks, I have been left with no order, no explanation as to why the parcel was returned, and no meaningful resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I expected far better customer service. I will find somewhere else now to purchase my fragrances
