Overall the process was easy but I could only pay through a PayPal account which was bit difficult as I don't use my PayPal account anymore. An option for using credit card is really useful too as it makes the process of refunding easier.
Another thing is I put in an offer which was accepted but when i went to make the payment i was put on hold saying other user has grab the ticket. I think if someone's offer is accepted they should get the first priority to buy the tickets. You can even give them a timeline of 10-15 minutes to complete the purchase if not the tickets are open for anyone to buy and also for the bidder at the offered price.

Once you get listed, It works well.
Once you get listed, it just works. However, recent changes to the app mean there are some glitches which make listing hard, and the fees and price caps mean you won't get back all of your ticket and booking fee money when you sell. It is however, a reliable source for tickets and a the best of all the reselling apps out there.
