When I paid for my order and use the wrong credit card I called and customer service was excellent and I was able to fix my issue right away! When I recieved my order, I was happy with the quality of the sling bags I had ordered. Also my order arrived in 3 days I didn't think it was going to be that fast! Purchased bulk ties and was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality. Only negative was that they did not come wrapped in weather proofing of any sort other than the cardboard box. Glad it didn't rain. Overall very pleased with ties themselves and the service.

I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for on their website and I called and received excellent customer service. I was able to place an order for what I looking for. Their products are of high quality at a great price point. The shipping was quick and seamless. I am very pleased overall.
