Replacement of glases
I had an issue with the lens on my first delivery, but the customer support from Kim & The Sunglass Fix team was extremely professional. I received a replacement quickly, and now I can use my glasses again! If I ever end up with scratched lenses in the future, I will definitely order replacements from this company again.

Excellent lenses and service!
These quality lenses really perform well, not only reducing eye fatigue from the bright sun when hiking trails but especially and somewhat surprisingly by enhancing contrast and depth perception in the low-light conditions experienced in the bush. Damp, potentially slippery logs, rocks and leaf-litter literally shine!
The excellent communication and service from 'Sunglass Fix' is a given by now but I especially appreciate the minimalist but effective packaging and the informative installation-card which made changing-out the lenses super easy.

Great service, good price and excellent product. My new lenses are as good, if not better, than the OE lenses. They are a superb fit and have brought new life into a pair of 7yr old sunnies. I had to wait a couple of weeks, but let's face it, I'm on the other side of the planet. Zero postage cost to me too, which is incedible. Cheers!!

Courier loses order
There was a problem with the courier service here in Spain, where my order appeared to have been lost ( totally not sunglass fixes fault). Their customer service is in my opinion AMAZING, I can’t thank Edwina enough for investigating and trying to resolve this problem for me, I’ve now received my order and couldn’t be more happier.
