There was a problem with the courier service here in Spain, where my order appeared to have been lost ( totally not sunglass fixes fault). Their customer service is in my opinion AMAZING, I can’t thank Edwina enough for investigating and trying to resolve this problem for me, I’ve now received my order and couldn’t be more happier. Ordered new lenses for a pair of my old Oakley Sunglasses that I ruined by spraying them with Deet.
The lenses fit perfectly.
The packaging was robust with clear instructions on how to change the lenses.
Considering the distance travelled (I live in the UK) the delivery time was good.

The lenses for my Oakley sunglasses arrived on time and in perfect condition. They were easy to fit and are just what I had hoped for. I will be ordering replacement lenses for my other sunglasses shortly.

Nice and ok only shipment took long time

There was a problem with shipping to austria/europe. Sunglassfix contacted me and offered some solutions to solve the problem. At least I got my spare glasses. So they did a great job. Very friendly. Thanks for help. Georg

Have two pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses where the lenses were quite scratched due to heavy use but the frames were still in excellent shape. Thought I’d try buying replacement lenses for one of the sunglasses and was so impressed with the quality of the lenses, I decided to purchase another set for my second pair of Ray Bans. Both sets of sunglasses now look brand new and so much cheaper than purchasing new sunglasses. Lenses look very well made and were exactly as described. The entire process from ordering on line to receiving in the mail, and then attaching to my frames was perfect. Would highly recommend Sunglass Fix, if like me, you love your sunnies and just need new lenses.

Great glasses. Excellent fit. The only thing I can criticize is the long delivery time to Germany, but Sunglass Fix isn’t to blame for that.

Super happy! I was honestly so frustrated because I could no longer wear my favourite sunglasses as the original lenses were no longer available. Thanks to Sunglass Fix, they’re like new again!

After some initial fit issues, everything fit perfectly on the second attempt. The quality of the replacement lenses lives up to its promise. The communication with the service team was excellent, and the problem was resolved quickly.
