Great Customer Service
The lady I spoke to was very kind, understanding and reassuring. Her demeanour made me stay on the phone and take a policy with you.
It was easy and straightforward. The day (whose name I wish I remembered), was simply lovely and made it all very easy.

Kirsty and CHERYL AUSTIN was amazing
Originally had a quote on comparethemarket.com - after an initial phone call from kirsty, the price did increase very slightly due to incorrect milage input. Amazing customer service! she waited until I put the funds into my account and then completed my insurance 30 days ahead. no issues at all, documents received right away. All documentation all correct.
Another conversation with Cheryl who was also amazing, helped with my request right away !! I know there is bad reviews but I honestly have not experienced none of them yet. Policy all live ready for September. thanks girls x
