Do NoT Order - they stole all my money in my bank account- charged me few times in three days before I understand accidentally checking my money balance- than I see few transactions from QVC .Nobody answered on email , messages, phone .live chat was kind of joke the moment I asked about my money …. The guy I was talking left the chat . The service is unacceptable, and charging me twice is unpleasant especially when nobody responds

I don't recommend
I don't recommend, placed an order, paid for it, and then without any notification my order was canceled, they didn't even send an e-mail.
After contacting live support to find out why, they just told me that I have been "rejected as a client" and they don't have any more information (?)
Also they delayed return of funds for few days.

Horrible horrible company
Horrible horrible company. I ordered an ice cream machine on 6th of july and had to wait for weeks without result.
When I asked them for a refund they told me to just be patient or order another machine and send the first order back if it would still arrive...
So after more weeks I told them I want my money back again and they told me it was already delivered on the 8th of August, 2023 (which wasn't true!). At this point I created a ticket at my creditcard company to get my money back.
Then they contacted me the product was sent back on the 8th of August.... and a few weeks later they told me the product was returned to their warehouse ALSO on the 8th of august because of a mail sorting problem... They also told me they would pay me back as soon as possible but weeks have passed since then and I still don't have my money back. Luckily the creditcard company is fixing this for me.
They are not to be trusted and are just making stuff up and are slow with email support.

I still have not received my money back and they ignore my mails.
