I have no problem with the quality of the merchandise. But I have a problem with the delivery system that QVC is using. Hermes. I have waited for my delivery at home and the delivery was put inside my mailbox. The driver didn't even ring my door bell if I didn't check my Email I wouldn't know my package is delivered. shipped (really?)
Currently waiting for 2 weeks for an order expected 3-5 days. Neither chat nor e-mail gives a response. the shipping code remains empty but it left QVC...
Alright after this quick and 'personal' reply I gave the chat another chance. Unfortunately quick, service and solution are not embedded in the core of QVC. Incompetent, bureacracy totally ignoring the customer.
I fear the next step will be trying to get a refund with intervention from the CC

Unfortunately, they do not support customers in English language, and they suggest us to use translation to write them in German, however, they can't put effort to do the same for customers.
It's pity that we had to buy from them, will never purchase anything from them due to unhelpful agent.
I've talked with the customer support on 15 May 2025, around 15 O'clock. They do not care to answer, I do not understand if one won't do their job properly why they are even there.
The item which I've ordered has not been shipped yet. I've ordered in 10th of the May 2025, today it's 19th of the May, and no update yet. Therefore I reduce even one more start from my review, and customer support is unfortunately a joke.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Do NoT Order - they stole all my money in my bank account- charged me few times in three days before I understand accidentally checking my money balance- than I see few transactions from QVC .Nobody answered on email , messages, phone .live chat was kind of joke the moment I asked about my money …. The guy I was talking left the chat . The service is unacceptable, and charging me twice is unpleasant especially when nobody responds
