The operator was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. Also while I was waiting for my call to be taken I was kept up to date as to how long I had to wait for my call to be answered.

We needed an engineer to fix the system. Planned for 9.30 on the 3.Sep.2026, turned up on time. Identified the problem and fixed everything in 10 minutes. Lovely guy and so professional, also advised about sensors on the upper floor windows. Cleaned up after himself, all in all a pleasant experience.
