I placed two separate orders with this company. The first order arrived complete with two Gucci gift sets. The second order arrived with only one Gucci gift set, while the Sospiro Vibrato perfume (worth approximately €162) was missing.

I reported the issue immediately after delivery and sent photographs of the package as requested. The items that were delivered were gifts and were given to my family members.

The company informed me that, according to their records, the missing perfume had been packed and shipped. They then instructed me to resolve the matter with the postal service/courier and later refused a refund or replacement because I could no longer present the complete shipment with all its contents.

In my opinion, when a customer pays for goods to be delivered, the seller should support the customer in resolving any delivery issues and provide a refund or replacement if an item is missing, rather than expecting the customer to pursue the courier themselves.

As we were unable to reach a resolution, I have initiated a chargeback with my card issuer.

It’s a shame because the products I did receive were genuine and well priced, and I had hoped to continue ordering from this company.

Very great prices, though even if you spend a lot, still have to pay shipping costs. Shipping is slow.

No real loyalty program, except offering 3 EUR extra discount on a 4k order. Taking the p**s rather than actually offering something.

Even with those doubts, I decided to take the risk and placed an order for four fragrances worth a total of €320.

To my surprise, everything went smoothly from start to finish. My order was processed quickly, and the package arrived just three days later. The parcel was securely packed and arrived in pristine condition, with no signs of damage or tampering.

The first thing I did was carefully inspect each fragrance. I checked the packaging, bottle quality, batch codes, atomizers, and scent against authentic bottles. After thoroughly examining all four items, I can confidently say that every single fragrance was 100% original. There wasn’t a single fake or suspicious product in my order.

Considering the competitive prices, fast shipping, and the authenticity of all the products I received, I am genuinely impressed with my experience. It’s understandable to be skeptical when you see prices that seem too good to be true, especially with expensive perfumes, but my experience was completely positive.

I would definitely order from this website again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for genuine fragrances at excellent prices.

Parfum Zentrum: I'm very happy with my order (I bought 3x 125ml Garanat Le Gemme). The order took 2 days to arrive. The perfume was in great condition, authentic and not a cheap knock off.

My experience with them has been excellent so far. On several occasions, I have placed orders on a Friday, and to my surprise, they shipped on Saturday, with the perfumes arriving as early as Monday. I can highly recommend them.

I have bought Nishane Ani 100ml from here since the trustpilot comments are positive and price is reasonably cheap, but it turns out to be fake! The batch code is missing on my bottle, smell goes away after 15 minutes! I mailed them about my issue almost for a month ago and still didn’t get any reply! This website is selling fake parfumes, i also contacted nishane and what they told me is that this website is not authorised to sell nishane products!
I gave this parfum a lot of chances and sprayed multiple times on my skin which caused me to use around 10 percent of the bottle but i still want to get a refund since it’s not my problem!
