I’m very disappointed with my purchase
I’m very disappointed with my purchase. Before ordering, I tested Nishane Hacivat in another perfume store and the performance was completely different. The bottle I received has much weaker projection, opens with a noticeable alcohol smell for about a minute and doesn’t last nearly as long, even on clothes. Since the fragrance has been opened, I can’t return it under the their website policy so I’m left with an expensive product that doesn’t match my expectations. Based on my personal experience, this has been very frustrating and I will think twice before ordering fragrances online again.

I ordered perfume from this company more than a week ago. I still haven't received it. The delivery company's website says that the delivery is delayed (already 6 days!!!), eaycosmetic keeps promising that the delivery will take place in the next few days, but I don't believe it anymore. In principle, everyone doesn't care. The customer as a person is not important, only their money is important. It was an important order for me, because I ordered a travel-sized perfume, now I won't be able to use it anymore. Also, as a result of the late delivery (if there will be one at all), I won't be able to receive it, because I'm going on vacation abroad in the next few days. If your life lacks emotions, be sure to place orders from this company and you will be guaranteed stress-induced emotions.

I bought a bottle of Issey Miyake from…
I bought a bottle of Issey Miyake from Easy Cosmetics in April and was immediately disappointed. The fragrance smelled different from what I expected, and the scent lasted only a few minutes before fading completely.
Recently, I purchased the same Issey Miyake fragrance from Douglas, and the difference is remarkable. The scent is much richer, smells authentic, and lasts for hours as it should.
Based on my experience, I have concerns about the quality or authenticity of the product I received from Easy Cosmetics. While the lower prices may be tempting, I would recommend exercising caution and considering purchasing from an authorized retailer instead. Paying a little extra can be worth it for the confidence that you're getting a genuine product.

Very disappointing experience. The website clearly states shipping within 1–2 days, but my order was only prepared after 5 days. Now the delivery itself will take several more days.
Customer service did not answer my actual question and only sent generic responses. I simply asked whether the warehouse is even located in Germany, and that question was completely ignored.
If delivery takes just as long as ordering from abroad, then this should be communicated honestly from the beginning. Definitely not ordering here again.

I made a first attempt on a single purchase, hoping it goes well and become a customer, however, they claim a fast delivery within 72h, after waiting 5 days, and a weekend trip, it stated that my package was delivered while I was away, of course nothing in my mail box, when I contacted customer service, they declined every responsibilities, so I ended up purchasing and paying for a product I never received, so from this experience, tho it costed me the product and delivery fee, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE COMPANY and certainly will never purchase from them ever

When I asked them they didn’t offer me discount code for the first order.
