Many issues 😐✌️
Well now... where to start? They want 2€ if you pick a game from Kamppi, but zero euros if you buy a game used and they mail it to you. Ok... so far not the worst thing ever. Prices are ok, not good but ok.
Star system is odd to say the least. I got zero stars from a 100€ order, because I picked it up from the store. Next order (and most likely my last) I did was for 57€, but had it mailed to me, and that got me 1 star.
Now I asked the customer service about the star thing, and she says at the store you get stamps. I would like to point out that the guy who sold me the games at the store said nothing about these stamps. Customer reward system thus is lacking on many levels.
Customer service is mainly down to whose shift it is. One dude is passive agressive, and other one does his job with the right attitude.
Main reason why I give 2 stars is because I put a game in my cart on the website and it said 29€, even as I checked out. When I went to pick up the game, they changed the price to 32.90€ 😐. This is some shady way to run a business. I have photos and screenshots of this as proof. I contacted them about this via text msg and e-mail, no reply yet. Maybe this review will get their attention.
Edit: So now they contacted me and refunded me. I had to be the one to see the overcharge though, so still not hapoy about that. I will raise the review from 2 stars to 3 stars. Still many problems over only 2 orders, and the staff assuming you know how their reward system works instead of promoting it, that is a red flag.
