As a neurodivergent person
As a neurodivergent person, I invested a great deal of time, effort, and concentration into creating my CV, however find this experience extremely disappointing. I have tried to make payment using both my Visa and Mastercard, but neither has worked. I was also unaware that the payment would be processed as an international transaction, and this was not made clear during the process.
I feel this information should be clearly displayed to customers before they begin the process or at least before completing their CV.

I cancelled this in 2024 to only recently discover that the company has been taking payments from my credit card ever since then, although I know this is partially my fault for not checking statements properly, the lady who I spoke to at customer services was extremely rude and patronising, she really needs some lessons in customer service!
