Worst company. Don’t use them. If you do be very careful about reading fine print. For a $2 one time help with resume, ended up getting charged $23 per month and did not catch it on my bill for a few months so ended up paying $70 and company fights hard to not give you a refund. After arguing for a half hour with managers, refund department refunded me $23. So be very careful if you use them, to make sure you cancel.

Completely honest review: Great service! Costs $2.50 for a resume and they easily allow you to cancel the service after. Even if you don't cancel it is cheap enough to keep while you job hunt and get feed back on your resume.

Customer Service Was Amazing!
I'd tried the 14 day trial, and the service was pretty handy and the designs were far more sleek than GDocs. I decided on the last two days that I would let the subscription roll through. Well, I decided that because when I first tried to cancel, it said it would keep me for $2.99 a month. Which is do-able!
Unfortunately, I got charged $23! Which is a lot more than I can spend on something like this. But I called customer support, and a young man helped me (I wish I could remember his name!). He not only refunded the $23 but also enrolled me into the $2.99 a month plan. Apparently, you have to call to opt-in.
He was very understanding and apologized for the confusion, but also thanked me for staying with them.
(Also perhaps the only person I've heard from customer service who replied with great sincerity that he was excellent when I questioned how he was today. I'm glad he's doing well, and I wish him a fun adventure.)
