5 stars - Highly recommend John Grace from Kitchen World. From the very start, John has been fantastic to work with. He really listens, understands what you want, and brings great ideas to the table. He has also been very mindful of budget, which has made the whole process feel much less stressful. We have not had the kitchen fitted yet, but so far everything has gone brilliantly and we are off to a great start. I will update this review once the kitchen is fully fitted and finished, but at this stage I would highly recommend John and Kitchen World.

From the moment we went into Kitchen World the level of Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. We dealt with John in Waterford and he was just brilliant at his job. He knew exactly what we wanted and gave some great advice to us. The communication was also always brilliant and we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Our kitchen is exactly what we wanted and more ! Honestly we are just over the moon with everything and will be recommending John and Kitchen World to anyone who will listen!

John was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient while discussing various kitchen design options. Great communication and excellent customer service. I’d happily recommend him to anyone planning a kitchen project.M

We recently worked with John Grace at Kitchen World in Waterford to design our new kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. John is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us completely reimagine our layout to maximize both storage and workflow. John listened to our ideas but also offered brilliant suggestions we hadn't thought of. There was absolutely no pressure or sales tactics—just genuine expertise and patience as we finalized our choices. We have a date scheduled later this year for fitting and we have full confidence in John that a very professional service will be provided.

We recently had our new kitchen designed by John Grace at Kitchen World Waterford. We have been extremely impressed with the experience so far. From the initial consultation through to the design process, John has been professional, knowlegeable, and very easy to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and came up with a design that perfectly suits our space and lifestyle. I cannot recommend Kitchen World and specifically Lorna enough!! She has made the entire process so easy and fun - her attention to detail and fantastic design ideas have created the most stunning kitchen and I could not be happier!! A real gem and I’m delighted!

Overall, we are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Sai was very helpful throughout the planning process, guiding us through the design from start to finish.

The Highlight: Sean the Fitter
A huge, special mention must go to our fitter, Sean. He is an exceptional carpenter whose attention to detail and workmanship are second to none. He truly went above and beyond for us throughout the install—he even helped me move our fridge into the house! He is an absolute asset to the company.

Area for Improvement: Pre-Installation Site Visit
While the end result is fantastic, the installation process faced a few days of delays. When Sean arrived, several electrical points didn’t perfectly align with the plans, meaning we had to call our electricians back out for a half-day of rework. Because tradespeople are juggling tight schedules, having them on standby isn't feasible.

I strongly recommend that Kitchen World implements a quick, second site visit a day or two prior to installation. A final check would catch these alignment issues early, saving time for both the clients and the fitters. (Additionally, we only discovered on installation day that our planned spice rack wouldn't fit due to the extractor size, which would have been great to have flagged during the design phase).

We are very happy with the final result, and if you get Sean as your carpenter, you are in brilliant hands!

I recently had the pleasure of going to kitchen world Waterford and was met by John grace , he went through all my options and was very helpful in helping me design my kitchen, he took lots of time making sure I was happy and that I had the best possible flow and design that fitted my needs , i am also impressed with his follow up when kitchen was installed and making sure every little detail was correct, extremely happy with the service to date

John Grace from Kitchen World Waterford was absolutely brilliant taking us through all the steps of choosing our lovely new kitchen. He answered every question we asked, thoroughly and always responded to our correspondence immediately , he designed a lovely layout and we were delighted with the service we received from him Kitchen World

We've had a long 2 year kitchen planning and designing with Michelle in the the Long Mile Road branch and we have to say from start to finish Michelle just got our vision and brought it to life - even pointed out things we didn't know we needed, thanks Michelle ;) Finally the kitchen is in now and to say we're over the moon is an understatement, the finish the quality it is beyond our expectations.

Lorna is fantastic. She designed an accessible, easy to use and attractive kitchen that fully fitted my needs, and made the most of a rather dark and cramped base. It is now bright and airy, and I have lots of storage and everything is easy to reach. Her fitting team is excellent and very hard working, so thanks is due to Andrii and Mantas.
