DWK was very helpful during the design stage, but once money had been paid the experience changed completely.

They could not give me a delivery date, then eventually rang to say the kitchen would be arriving the following morning — with virtually no notice. The fitter left the kitchen covered in dust and sawdust. Doors were missing, and a back panel arrived looking damaged.

We have had to constantly chase DWK for updates. The missing doors were eventually supplied, but the damaged back piece still has not been resolved. Every time I ring, it feels like I am starting a completely new conversation and have to explain the whole situation again.

A kitchen is a major purchase. The lack of communication, organisation and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating and left us exhausted.

Claire was very welcoming and the hospitality was alway excellent when I commuted from the North to discuss a project. She was always available for any queries, and would always promptly return my calls without exception. Nothing was too much bother. Claire is unfalteringly reliable and attentive, with the ability to smooth out any issues in a timely and professional manner.

The kitchen designer, Brian, was superb and curated a perfect design for our space with great care and attention to detail.

DWK started my kitchen and utility on 6th NOVEMBER and it’s STILL not finished on 21st MARCH!!

Great sales people , good design department , dreadful delivery service , changed delivery time 3 times at short notice, You pay in full before delivery and i was assured this would not be a problem, any issues would be swiftly resolved. They have absolutely no after sales service or follow up, you have to keep calling them. In the end the tv unit would have to partially dismantled to correct the mistakes and then it would have been touched up with paint on a sprayed unit. Everyone I talked with was going to speak to management and get them to call me , never got a call. Proceed with an abundance of caution: get a document that clearly lays out the procedure and time table for corrections: from the sales instillation and after sales leave nothing to chance; my summary is that I was totally disappointed with my them

Our design was fine. I paid my deposit and then went to another company for a comparison. The price was €10,000 cheaper. I am still waiting on my deposit 3 phone calls, 3 emails and 9 working days later. Simply not good enough.
