Betrug
Ordering from this store was a huge mistake!
I returned my order two months ago, but no one has refunded my money.
They said they’ve opened an investigation and I have to wait!
As of today, they’re completely ignoring me—no one is responding!
Think carefully before returning items to this store, because you might end up with neither your money nor your items.

They charge VAT but they dont pay it!!
I ordered and paid including GBP 20% VAT. I waited ages to have them delivered then they get stopped by customs at Royal mail asking for the VAT to be paid plus customs fees adding upto £73.33p. I didnt expect the items to be sent from Germany as I paid in GBP and paid VAT. Items are being returned and I want a FULL refund.
