Picked up a pair of New Balance 1906R here after comparing prices across a few Dutch shops. What sold me was the 48-hour shipping label actually being accurate — ordered Tuesday night, box was at my door Thursday morning, double-boxed and sealed properly. The pair itself checked out fine against the retail photos, tags and stitching all matched. I did use Klarna since it was my first order, which made the whole thing less nerve-wracking. Only small thing: their site runs a lot of discount codes and countdown timers, which gets a bit noisy. The sneakers and the delivery though? No complaints at all.

My order number is #165073. I placed the order on September 6th; a tracking number appeared in the DPD system on September 23rd, but there has been no information since then. I contacted customer support, and all they could say was, "We are looking into what happened to your package." I wrote to them several times, but received absolutely no information. I asked for a refund, and—guess what—their response was, "We are considering your request." So, I have no information, no package, and no money back. I am going to file a dispute with my bank's online customer support. I am very disappointed and will not use their services again.

Your package has been stuck in the DPD tracking system since September 23rd, with no further updates. Unfortunately, this indicates that something may have gone wrong during transportation.
We have already opened an official investigation with DPD to determine what happened to your shipment. These investigations typically take 2–3 weeks, as DPD needs to investigate the different stages of the delivery process. Unfortunately, we have limited influence over how quickly DPD completes this process.
Please rest assured that you will not lose your money or be left without a solution. We will gladly offer you either a full refund or a replacement pair of sneakers, whichever you prefer.
We understand your consideration of opening a bank dispute. However, we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this directly with you, as we expect to receive an update from DPD today or tomorrow and hope to finalize your case immediately afterward.
We also understand that our previous responses may not have provided the clarity you were looking for. While we cannot speed up DPD's investigation, we certainly could have communicated the situation more clearly.
We genuinely regret that your first experience with SneakerAsk has been affected by these delivery issues. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we would appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

UGG boots order
I ordered UGG boots throguh SneakerAsk for the first time and received the wrong pair. Mistakes can happen, especially in logistics, so what stood out to me was how profesionally the team handled everything. Customer care team was excellent from the start. They replied quickly and arranged both the return and shipment of the correct order. I also received a refund, which I had not asked for or expected. Even without that gesture I would have left good review because the team was great, responsive and professional. Higly recommend this company.

Great prices and customer care!
I bought a pair of Dunk Highs along with a few other items. Prices were better than anywhere else I checked, and they had a lot in stock. The other items arrived right away, but the Dunks took about ten days, even though the order already showed as fully shipped. That confused me, so I contacted customer service. They replied very quickly and were really kind in explaining everything. I'd def order here again!
