The worst online store I have ever dealt with. It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my order or my refund. My package has apparently disappeared, and instead of solving the problem, customer support keeps delaying things and sending the same generic replies.
It feels like once they receive your payment, they no longer care about you as a customer. There is absolutely no responsibility or respect for their customers.
I strongly do not recommend this store. Think twice before ordering anything from them.

INCOMPLETE ORDER #220533 — Customer support is completely ignoring me!
Extremely disappointed with KeepItSneaker. I received my order #220533, but it was INCOMPLETE — items are missing from the package.I have been trying to contact their customer service since July 19th. I sent an email to their support email, sent messages via Facebook and Instagram, but I am being completely ignored. They even blocked new DM requests on Instagram so customers can't reach them!This is a direct violation of EU consumer law. If Team KeepItSneaker does not contact me and resolve this missing items issue immediately, I will escalate this directly through my PayPal Buyer Protection account and file an official report with the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM).
Respond to my email and fix this!

Delivery time is insane
Placed an order almost 4 weeks ago (€250) and still haven’t received any shipping indication or anything. After contacting the customer service the only answer I get is “be patient”. This is truly unacceptable and should not be happening. The indication they gave on their website was shipping in 1/10 days… well it’s been 25 days and it’s still not shipped.

Nach sofortiger Rücksendung der Ware warte ich nun schon seit 2 Wochen auf die Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises. Absolute Frechheit und die Sache geht jetzt zum Anwalt. A complete disaster! Under NO circumstances should you order from KeepItSneaker. I ordered sneakers that arrived far too late (after several weeks), and the box was also badly damaged. After immediately returning the shoes, I've now been waiting for a refund for two weeks. Absolutely outrageous, and I'm taking legal action. At least they did pay the open amount back now.

be Careful! We bought a pair of shoes on this website. We returned them as they did not fit. We used the delivery company appointed by them. The company refused to refund because the box was damaged (by their own delivery company!) while the shoes were in perfect condition! So we were charged the full shoes value for a cardbox damaged by their own supplier!

I bought a pair of Air Jordan because they had the "24-hour shipping" icon. I wrote to them to inquire about my order and they replied saying that the icon appeared due to a technical error on the website and that they wouldn't ship within 24 hours. I asked for a refund. They replied ignoring my request. A few days later, I see again, still present now, that the 24-hour shipping icon reappears with my size. I wrote to them because they haven't shipped my shoes. The answer: "Another technical error on the website"! They haven't removed the icon since yesterday! Is this serious? It's unacceptable! I have the photos.
Don't buy from this site. I'll request a refund via PayPal, since customer service keeps apologizing and saying nothing else.
