A great option for those who dislike unnecessary hassle. Right from the start, it offers a free club membership, which allows you to book a wide range of accommodations at a discount. The place I booked was first-class—the quality came as a huge, pleasant surprise. I’ve just booked my second stay through the site, and I’ll be traveling at the end of the month. I wouldn’t even consider using any other platform. Thank you!

This hotel was our long-trip's 1-night stop with a small child arriving there a long way crossing countries and we booked over calling it directly from the way. They assured us there was a secure parking. Arrived at about 10pm with a child already sleeping we had to carry it was hard to pick up items from the car. The hotel room had a weird smell. After showering we felt extremely powerless to go downstairs and pick up more bags and we slept immediately and very deep. At around 1 am only 1 person out of the 3 really noticed and it was very **hard** to wake up from the deep sleep violent hits and glasses-breaks and the car's alarms ringing. When went to look from the window the "shadows" have disappeared and the shocking situation seeing your expensive car broken and emptied was really hard. Calling the 112 was really worthless, as the police only would come if there was a human injured. The 24-hours open reception did not even go outside to check while it all happened front of their nose inside the hotel's parking under the lights and definitely under the cameras. The reception acted like "wow really? Was this sound coming from your car?". They did not show any compassion and any responsibility. Long-story-short, we hired a lawyer but this hotel completely neglects any slightest responsibility of the even and although that I have sent them within 24 hours email to keep the camera recordings, they have deleted them. What else should I really tell you? If you are travelling by a car, watch out...

The room was great, very comfortable and spacious. The host was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to queries over text when needed. It was a great stay!

Easy to book, all the informations needed. I already had my stay booked in less then 2 minutes.

NEVER, EVER use this comapny. In what seems to be a consistent occurance for many people, I made a booking with this company and received a reseveration by email. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told there was no reservation for me and the hotel was full. Having to then book in to another hotel for a ridiculous amount of money I attempted to contact HRS. I received no response, and after following up twice more I have still not heard back. They are scammers!!!

What is written in my official HRS booking confirmation has absolutely NOTHING to do with the data HRS actually transmitted to the hotel. Because of their internal B2B-interface error, my original contract was completely corrupted and altered upon arrival.
To make matters worse, HRS customer support is completely non-existent. Their 24/7 phone lines give an instant busy tone and drop calls immediately. I have sent urgent complaints to THREE different official corporate email addresses of the company. Every single attempt ended up with nothing but an automated reply containing an incoming ticket number. After that—just a total, stone-cold silence for 4 days straight!
I was left completely abandoned by HRS and had to fight the hotel administration on my own to fix this mess. This is a severe breach of contract and an absolute disgrace for a corporate booking platform.
