NEVER EVER USE HRS
NEVER, EVER use this comapny. In what seems to be a consistent occurance for many people, I made a booking with this company and received a reseveration by email. Upon arriving at the hotel I was told there was no reservation for me and the hotel was full. Having to then book in to another hotel for a ridiculous amount of money I attempted to contact HRS. I received no response, and after following up twice more I have still not heard back. They are scammers!!!

For shame !
What is written in my official HRS booking confirmation has absolutely NOTHING to do with the data HRS actually transmitted to the hotel. Because of their internal B2B-interface error, my original contract was completely corrupted and altered upon arrival.
To make matters worse, HRS customer support is completely non-existent. Their 24/7 phone lines give an instant busy tone and drop calls immediately. I have sent urgent complaints to THREE different official corporate email addresses of the company. Every single attempt ended up with nothing but an automated reply containing an incoming ticket number. After that—just a total, stone-cold silence for 4 days straight!
I was left completely abandoned by HRS and had to fight the hotel administration on my own to fix this mess. This is a severe breach of contract and an absolute disgrace for a corporate booking platform.

I won't use HRS ever again
I won't use HRS ever again. Their slogan is "Business travel made easy", but HRS doesn't even check what hotels they have in their listings. For a 3-night work trip, I booked a B&B, that 1) absolutely was NOT meant for business travel, and 2) even had NO idea that they were listed on HRS.
The B&B told me that they've listed their B&B through Expedia, and didn't know where Expedia had then listed them, and that is totally fine – the problem is that HRS promotes itself as a 'business travel' portal, when, as said, they clearly don't even do a basic verification for their hotels (a phone call or email to the B&B would've been enough).
I'm a freelancer working in media production; I'll make sure I'll warn all my networks about this experience, especially as the company doesn't even bother to reply to negative feedback, i.e. they clearly have no intention to fix any problems.
