This is a nice piece overall, but the product photos made the fabric look heavier than it actually is. It's better suited as a lightweight layer for spring than for colder weather. Although I decided to return it, the process went smoothly, and I'd still consider ordering again because the overall experience was satisfactory.

I purchased a raincoat after seeing an online advert. The item I received was nothing like the photos on the website and the quality was extremely poor.

What followed was nearly a month of emails instead of a simple returns process. I was offered 15%, then 25%, then 30% refunds to keep the item, rather than a straightforward refund. A full refund was only offered if I paid to return the item to a warehouse in China at my own expense.

The website gave me the impression I was buying from a European business, so being asked to return the item internationally came as a complete surprise.
The whole experience felt misleading, frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out. I would not buy from this company again.

First and last time using website. Never heard of them before till then. Avoid at all costs.
Brought a rain coat. Arrived extremely late. Absolute cheap tack from China, absolutely nothing as advertised. Thin and loose threads. They then have the audacity to have the terms and conditions that the buyer is responsible for the return cost, to China ! 😂

Do not buy from them. The product arrived very creased and unwearable. The customer service team offered me 10% refund initially and it took 10 emails to get details of the refund process which they told me themselves was very long and and prone to problems. I have to spend £20 to return my item tracked. Complete con. I will update this as to whether I reviver my refund

Extremely disappointed in this company. I will never shop with them again! I never received my package although they said it was delivered. They would not supply a tracking number so that I could verify delivery with the post office. There answer was for me to talk to my neighbors to see it the package was delivered to the wrong address. I spent $150.00 and have nothing to shop for it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I had mixed feelings about this one. The top is lovely but the trousers felt a bit thin compared to what I expected from the photos. Shipping was on time and packaging was nice. Might try a different item from the brand.

Great quality cardigan, very cosy and the buttons are solid. Runs slightly large so if you want a fitted look, size down. I kept my usual size and it’s very relaxed, which I actually love. Delivery took about a week which is fine.

Really love the skirt, the pleats are well-structured and it moves beautifully when I walk. Only reason for 4 stars is that the colour was slightly lighter than shown on my screen. Still very wearable and elegant, just something to keep in mind.
