Brilliant customer service
I had a really great experience with Grand Lumaire. Incredible customer service. I contacted them to ask about measurements and fit of a pair of boots and they were so quick and detailed in their responses, providing images, measurements, and sizing advice. Postage is not the quickest so order with time to spare, but I'd highly recommend! The boots are my favourite pair of cowboy boots to date!

POOR QUALITY SCAM FASHION HOUSE
I ordered a jumper (cost £30) wore it once, second time the sleeve seam opened up because there is not enough ‘fabric’ - first alert a jumper that is sewn together!!!!! Do not buy, I’ve been scammed!!
Paid £65 for a bag 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it! I’ve been back and forth with this business who assured me that they sent by a different carrier after the first one got the address wrong. I’ve chased and chased and they have now today sent an image of a delivery that is nothing like my property where the bag has apparently been delivered to!! The tracking info I have still says delayed so something very dodgy going on!
