Colour is a bit off from the photo

Unsure what I can say that others have not said. Company is a giant con. Sent me wrong item which was terrible quality considering I paid £50 for it and then basically tried to blackmail me into accepting credit. When I refused they told me I’d need to cover the costs of sending the item back to the warehouse in china and that it would cost a lot of money despite them sending me the wrong item and false advertising. I have reported them to trading standards and if it means they lose money I will happily pay the costs to send it back to china, I’d pay double rather than let these thieves keep it!

What else can be said about this scam company that has already not been said. I like others didn’t get what I ordered. Not only did it not come close to what I ordered but you wouldn’t line a dog basket with it, total trash material. Now this scam company require me to pay the return cost of the thrash they sent to a sweat shop in China. This despite the Consumer Act 2015, that states that faulty, or goods sent that do not match what was described, then the seller should incur the cost. This includes full refund and return costs. This will not happen with scam company. The likely hood of getting what you order is clearly small. I would urge all that have been scammed and all that will be in future to email their MP with as much information and detail as possible about their experience using this company. Hopefully in the future this scam is put out business.

Lovely dress, just a touch long on me

Ordered shoes apparently made of leather, they were plastic. Glued and partially damaged. As others said: return to China at your own cost. Tracked, I provided the tracking number as requested to them. Never heard anything back. No refund given, even after several attempts to chase them up. Not sure if my credit card will get better results. It is China after all.
Very misleading to pretend they sell product from Europe.

this is the third piece i've bought from this shop and the quality has been brilliant every single time, the sizing is consistent and the customer service is genuinely helpful whenever i've asked

Happy with it overall, wish it came in more colours

I ordered a pair of slip on shoes advertised as leather. They were not leather but some really cheap plastic and the size was completely wrong, way too big.
On inquiring about return and refund I was directed to an address in China! The company address is in the Netherlands. Totally unsatisfactory
If there was a minus star rating that's what I would give. I cannot afford to donate my money to this dreadful company.

Not bad, though the colour faded after one wash

Clothes were of rough feeling nylon type material, don't know what the material is a it has no label with care instructions or anything.
Way too big.
Returns policy was NOT easy, infact was told had to pay to return to China (not the UK warehouse they'd come from) offered me 30% to keep them which I took as the remainder 70% would be the cost of postage.
Please don't make my mistake - please avoid this site.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a sandal reduced from £70 to £35… suggesting a shoe of quality - it looked nothing like the photo on the website. The heel was from a lightweight moulded plastic and the “leather” was the most basic plastic. I have to return them at my own expense to their warehouse in China - including customs labels and charges. Disgusting.

Avoid this company! We ordered some leather support clogs in June. What arrived were poor quality clogs that were clearly not leather and did not match the pictures on the website. We were surprised at the length of time it took for them to arrive. On closer inspection of the website we found they had come from the Netherlands. When I contacted them to return the clogs they gave me an address in China and said I had to send them at my expense if I wanted a full refund! Every time I challenged this I was offered a partial refund. Eventually I flagged this transaction to my card issuer who are now pursuing the case for me.
