Super happy!
This is the only site that has a nearly identical frame to the one I wear that is discontinued! I love the one's I have, but they're breaking. So glad I found this site so I can have a new frame with the same look. Also, the prices are amazing and the coupons are even better! Looking forward to seeing the glasses :)

Best price for name brand…
Price is better than buying at the optometrist office. Just input my script and pick lens upgrades and that's it. This is my 5th pair of glasses in 5 years' time if that says anything about my experience.

Horrible customer service and is…
Horrible customer service and is unethical. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on Thursday. On Friday an email was sent to change the shipping address if I want to keep my original order. I responded to customer service with a different address. On Saturday they sent the same email, which I responded to and called customer service. I spoke to customer service on Saturday about keeping my original order and provided the updated address. On Sunday I received an email that my order was processing. The order that was processing was completely different to what I ordered and I did not authorize any change. I called customer service on Sunday to explain everything that happened and that I want to keep my original order. I also asked to speak with a manager to ensure the issue was fixed. The agent mentioned a manager was not there the Sunday and that I can speak to one the Monday. He also stated my issue was resolved. On Monday I got an alert that my order was shipped. The order that was shipped was the same order I didn't authorized and spoke to customer service about fixing on Saturday and Sunday; which they said they corrected the issue. I called to speak to a manager on Monday, they refused to have me speak to a manager so I utilized the chat to explain what happened so I could speak with a manager. The manager Anne simply said that I have to wait to receive the item to return it and that there is nothing they can do at this time. After I explained to her how many emails and conversations that I had to prevent this shipment from taking place. Then she told me the product I chose couldn't get a prescription hence the reason they needed the change. I am so disappointed with this company and I wasted time trying to correct a product I NEVER authorized to purchase. There were several times to fix the issue and NO ONE helped me. This company is a SCAM and I would not recommend purchasing from them.
