Highly not recommended insurance…
Highly not recommended insurance company, following the "2023 corporate reorganization" they have heavily cut direct support to customers. Result: unacceptable waiting time to speak to a human operator (> 30 min.) for all services that cannot be used via the App or WEB interface. It would be desirable to have greater customer orientation which is almost completely missing today. The bad experience is not accidental but systematic due the Company policy.

avoid GENERTEL like the plague!
Awful experience. Terrible terrible service, an embarrassment of a company. I was rear ended 15 days ago and still I have nothing to show for it from General, no compensation, no Engineer to inspect the car, no replacement car, no response, hours in a phone queue waiting to speak to customer service, who are rude and entirely unhelpful. The car is parked in a repair shop and they can't start working on it until Genertel sends and Engineer to determine if it is worth repairing or not. I will not be renewing with Genertel, avoid this company like the plague!

I've been trying to call genertel to report a sinister for the past 5 days. They always rang on me saying they're too busy. I've also tried using the app without success as I never received any feedback from them.
