Have only good things to say. Just renew my subscription. I was also given a lower price. Process is easy and the support is great. Had to open a claim. Was processed and close withing a few weeks. Payment recieved a few says later. I do recomend them.

Dreadful experience! After 3-4 days I had sent all the documentation of my new car, I still had not received their OK to pay as they needed to check my documents first! I gave up and went to another insurance company that gave me the go-ahead in an hour and I was only then able to pick up my new car.

Very bad experience with their call center for getting an offer. The plate was not yet known but I asked to make an offer as I did with other company. They said that they cannot do the offer without the number, they were unpolite and not willing to have a new customer. Very surprising this non commercial attitude!
