I ordered a garden bench on 3rd July
I ordered a garden bench on 3rd July, with delivery 'on its way' 5th July. I had to chase up the delivery twice. By 20th July it still hadn't arrived. I cancelled my order & was promised a refund. Again I had to chase this up. Refund obtained 25th July.
The customer service reps were all polite & helpful. I'm assuming the problem is with their shipping agent.
I have not used Garden Store Direct before and won't be ordering from them again.

Great experience
Great experience. Very pleasant and knowledgeable girl on the phone. She took my order and completed the payment. The following day I received a mesage informing me of the delivery time that day. I was able to track my delivery and item arrived within the 2hour slot. Assembly was straight forward and not difficult as previous customer had said. Item was first class and very good quality. I am very impressed by both Garden Store Direct and my two Sydney sun loungers.

Not everything is as good as it looks!

However, I would like to warn buyers looking for a plastic garden storage box, to only buy a product that they can inspect before purchasing. I bought a Starplast plastic garden XXL storage box from Gardens Direct, constructed it x put my garden cushions, chairs x tools in it. The first time it rained everything stored inside was wet through x damaged. Months of modifications have failed to make this box waterproof! The design of the box is flawed x faulty, allowing water to ingress through the hinges. I have had no option but to use a plastic tarpaulin over the box to keep the rain out, not ideal and very annoying.

Love my garden furniture from here
Bought garden furniture via GardenStoreDirect.com after a VERY poor experience with a competitor company.
I am so pleased that I have my furniture in my garden within a week of ordering.
The website was easy to use, had clear photography and customer service via email prompt ahead of purchase.
I’d asked which courier they used after issues with another one with my previous garden furniture purchase and was pleased that they used AIT for delivery.
Communication was vis email ahead of time to be given a choice of delivery dates within a week of ordering, a time slot provided the night before and contacted an hour before on the morning of in addition to being able to track via an online link.
Item arrived with box in near perfect condition, furniture not damaged and photograph taken/ item signed for. Two men were polite and dropped off exactly where I asked.
The item itself is also exactly as described and perfect for my garden - the Enzo 5 Piece set - and required minimal assembly - only to screw on the feet with the Alan key provided which took less than an hour.
I took a gamble ordering with this company as had never heard of them before but I recommend others look to this website before ordering from others.
