Package not received, no customer support available. I wrote more than 5 emails but nobody come back to me. I will need to open a case to PayPal, unfortunately i am not recommending to buy from here , I have to agree with the other customers and their negative experiences..

I have ordered 3 items. Sandals, kids shoes and a bag. The shipping was good, and the items look good as well. I can't give a feedback about durability since the items are a gift, hence the 4 stars.

I made Order, I paid and my order was cancelled. And no answer why and when I will receive my money.
I made here a lot of orders. But last few times was the worst experience. I think it was the last order.
And from now everywhere I can I will make bad reviews and will explain people why it will be very bad idea to buy here.

Customer service is absolutely useless. What a lack of initiative towards problem solving.

Better go to Zalando or Otto or anything else but Eschuhe!

This company is an outlet for disposing off used/returned products by other peoples/outlets, who have returned their purchases under the 30/15 (or whatever) days return policy or with manufacturing defects. The shoes that I got had wrinkles on it's leather and it clearly looked like one of the shoe in the pair was from a different leather and the other was from a different leather. So clearly two shoes in the pair that i got are different looking and clearly look used. Better spend more and get quality products.

It is my opinion that this company mislabeled an item on purpose and priced it competitively for the idem it was labeled as and 20€ too expensive for the item it is. I've cut my losses and will not be trying to get a refund as I don't want to wast any more time.

Purchased Birkenstock clogs in blue. Got them in brown one size too big.
Sent it back per instructions on the website.

NEVER USE THIS SITE. Massively poor customer trust and service. They did not send one of my items. When I complained they sent me a bunch of fotos of a different package being packed, claiming it was mine. Clearly the package had different markings than the one I received. It was mis-packed and they would not refund or rectify it. They basically said their shipper had to agree to that, which of course they never would.

I was very cautious due to the bad reviews, however my experience was completely positive. I made 2 orders for 4 shoes, returned 2 of them and everything was smooth: good prices compared to other shops, fast delivery and good return procedures; I got the money back promptly.

Terrible customer service. I have ordered shoes, they were going to arrive within 2-3 days. After 3 days they were still not pickup by Hermes. I contacted customer support to cancel the order. They said "not possible, since they are in transit". I said "they are not in transit, that is why I want to cancel".. Yet, they still shipped it. And when I said that I cannot pick them up because they came 1 week later than expected, I had to contact them to refund me the money even after they were returned to them 2 weeks ago (!). Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to (hopefully) get money back. Every time asking for support I had to explain the situation again, and everyone was replying with the standard message without reading what was the request about. One of the worst expiriences I ever had.

It's almost one month and I did not got my money back. I returned shoes and eschuhe did not transfer me my money!

I ordered shoes for my son 18 days ago and so far NOTHING. Worst customer service ever!! They blame DHL and DHL tells me to contact the seller. No one knows where the shoes are and whe they will be delivered and this after 3 weeks. What a joke!! First and last time I ordered on this page. They don’t give a sh** about their customers.

Worst customer service ever, worst service ever! I will never bought again. I made an order and then a return on the same for wrong number. I have ordered again the same product with the correct size. After 1 month the refund was not in my account yet and only after multiple emails they confirm the return, AFTER 1 MONTH!!! in the meanwhile I receive the request for pay the second pair of shoes with delay fees. They ask money for the order but after 1 month I have not received my money back yet. I will never bought again
