False promises
i have Ordered a Watch and it is in stock
delivery date 1-3 work Days.
i haven't received any information from them by email no link so i tried to call them after 3 hours of trying i finally got someone on the phone that made sure that its getting shipped on the same day and receive a Bring Link.
until know i received nothing ! commitments are not getting hold try to reach them since 10:00 and nobody is properly there.
i don't know if this store is trustable super bad experience.
basically in a nutshell
Products are not updated on there HP in stock ore not
Customer service is not available ore barely reachable
false promises gets made!
Several email written even with Escalation and from my business email address and no respawns!

As I informed you via email the 3rd of oktober, I was promissed by our supplier that the product would be shipped to you 2.10.25. Unfortunately this wasn't true as it was shipped the following day. You recieved the package on the 4th of october, wich means it was 1 day late, for this I am sorry.
As I explained to you via email, you tried to contact us in the middle of our most busy week, the shops 50th anniversary, which meant that we were very hard to reach.
