....I have been promised a delivery on 30th of November, nobody turned up.
....I have been promised a delivery on 01st of December, nobody turned up.
I have been waiting at home for 2 days
The retailer called you and was told the driver went to my home on the 01st of December????
Not the 1st time. - a company to avoid

... unreliable almost fraudulent business

...I would call this company a fraudster.
Looking up reviews on Amazon you will find a lot of similar reviews.
The response of the company is just a standardized nonsense what does not relate to the actual case.
Their business model seems to be ignoring people.
No customer service at all. Very typical for many German companies.
Book arrived 18 days later. Book looked like second hand - faded pages. Front cover of the book different from what I have ordered. The book is advertised on amazon.de as English edition. I received a German edition.
Seller accept return only in 48 hours but refuse to pay for the return.
Advice - stay away from fraudsters

.... called customer service to get some help. The guy just hung up the phone.
After 20 minutes of use (chainsaw) the Texas logo just fell of the machine.
I realize you can't expect the customer service you get in the UK or US.

Nonexistent customer service.
Do not even think off that you will get hold of anybody after 4:00 PM during the week.
Weekend is fine hygge time. Do not have a problem over the weekend.
By all means a company to avoid.
