Purchased a screenprotector and got the wrong one they refuse to give a new and correct one or refund it. They ghosted me after saying it was my own fault. I even offered sending the one I got back but never got an answer.

My order (replacement S pen tips) came the same day and it was exactly as described. Delivered with Burd, which was also a very pleasant experience as they provide a real time GPS tracking of the delivery van.
