Phoned about a satellite issue on the airbag for my astra.Prerecorded message said bring car in in anytime no need to book. On arrival was told this message was incorrect and booking in was necessary.Why on earth wasn't the recorded message deleted saving potential customers time and money.First impressions count.

Avoid if you need your car for work!Absolute joke of a service. I booked my car in for an MOT, which takes less than an hour to actually complete. Instead, they demanded I leave the vehicle for the entire day, completely stranding me without a way to get to work. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer a courtesy car. I only managed to get my car back a little early because I forced the issue and complained. Completely unhelpful and showed zero respect for my time. Will not be returning.

Lilly was patient and went through the car in detail. I enjoyed my time in the car. The service from BYD was very efficient, as opposed to that of mercedes, with whom a drive in the car did not materialise. Hence I ordered the BYD.
