I love the entire experience
I love the entire experience. Except me getting the car and something being wrong with my brake light and having to make an appointment to get it fixed. The sales rep told me in case it's not covered. They would do what they can to ensure it gets fixed.. Got pulled over the same day because of it. But other than than my experience was good

Do not go to drive time!! I am currently in the process of suing them and the finance company Bridgecreast they use!!! That place is a joke !! Sure you walk out with a car and no hit to your credit report but trust me they are shady and so is their finance company Bridgecreast claims!!!! Bridgecreast owes me $6,172.79 can’t wait to go to court…. NEVER missed a payment and payed my vehicle of on 7-20-26. Last week I got a letter in the mail that I was in default of my loan??? WTF…. My vehicle is paid off… you will have nothing but BS and stress !!!! DONT DO IT

Pablo assisted the whole way through. Very transparent with everything from jump. Kind hearted and very respectful. Process was smooth. Had what I thought was an issue with the brakes and he held the car for me until they inspected them thoroughly before going through with the purchase. Seamless experience. I’d recommend.

Customer Service like a loaded diaper.
When dealing with a customer service rep about trying to get to a dealership they were extremely pushy to get me to the nearest dealership as soon as possible. With a lack of transportation it is impossible for me to get to the dealership that is not only in a different state but an hour drive away. The representative then hung up on me as I was explaining the situation.
Very pushy and more driven on an immediate sale not giving the time to know the customer’s situation.
As a business owner I see this as a red flag. If you know the situation the customer is in you try to make the customer feel you understand not disconnect. They suffered a loss for their company today. I have cash in hand to purchase 3 vehicles and the have lost me as a customer.
