Hello ! Sofa order done on June 16th.
I was informed that my parcel would be shipped between July 7th and July 10th.
As of today 16th of July, we past the estimated shipping window, I have still not received any shipping confirmation or update regarding my order.
Avoid it, it's not a reliable company at all !!!!
As they have warned about extended delivery times, I've been trying to contact them. Sen two messages through their website and three emails to their info-mail. No answer after three weeks. Also tried calling the number in the website without any luck.
we got into the glitch around delivery time...it has arrived over a month after initially promised date, which made few things more complicated on our side...still not the end of the world. The communication around it was great and honest after all. Couchies finally arrived and we are super happy with it...feels, and looks great...so all in all worth waiting for, thank you!
This company is a scam!!!! I’ve sent more than 3 emails, tried to contact them on Instagram but they never answered!!! It’s more than 1 month that I’m waiting for my sofa and nobody answers!
Everything went great. Sofas are incredible comfortable and customer service was on very high level. Shipping took 2 weeks, totally worth waiting.
