Good communiction, quick delivery, even to Germany without complication. I would order again.

I had a bad experience with Camperflash. The shipment was delayed by many days, causing me significant inconvenience. The initial two-day delay was due to Camperflash failing to dispatch the product, though the subsequent delay was not their fault. However, communication with Camperflash was very poor. At first, the responses were extremely friendly and understanding (automated), but the human responses were a clear case of shirking responsibility. Now Camperflash is asking for a review but telling me to disregard the quality of the product and the carrier!!! Camperflash apparently fails to realize that what you are buying includes the service, the product, and the delivery.

Within a day I had a response and was provided with the details of the required part. I made an online purchase and despite coming from Italy to the UK via courier, I received the part 3 days earlier and within 4 working days. Not only was the process made painless by Camperflash it was less expensive than the Italian manufacturer and a LOT more so than UK companies.
