Worst service I have ever tried. I cannot return a €140 order and there is no way of contacting them. Disgusting company really. In some some days we have passed the deadline. And then I will probably pay for things I didn’t want. This is the most disgusting service I have tried in my life.

False claims of shipping
Ordered shoes nearly 2 weeks ago, getting emails that it has been shipped but the tracking link only says 'notified'. So nothing has been shipped. Strange business practices. Wont order here again.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I placed an order the 16.10 and have still not received my order. I am in contact with costumer service, emailing for 6 days and they have still not provided a solution. It seems that SEUR have lost the package but it takes to long for them to come up with a solution.

UNTRUSTABLE site
The company does not respect the delivery deadlines - it is totally unpleasant that the product that was supposed to be given as a gift will arrive AFTER the anniversary.
A few days after placing the order, they inform you that your order will be delayed - and if you want to cancel the order because the product arrives long after the date you needed it, you are told that you cannot do that, although they are the ones who do not they respected what they promoted on the site. For me it is an UNTRUSTABLE site and I will not buy from them again

I love shopping at Bonprix because their clothes fit me perfectly and are of great quality, yet they come at an affordable price. Their stock is always up-to-date with new styles being released regularly, making it easy to keep up with the latest trends. Pictures of models wearing the clothes, with size indication, make it easy to know what to pick. Even better is that you can get great bargains when certain items go on sale. And returns are free and refunds quick! The elegant clothes look like name brands but at much lesser cost. I'm truly delighted with their services and will definitely keep shopping here again and again

I have trouble finding stuff my size, but using their size guide, I've found the items I've ordered are true to size (even 2 bathing suits!!) I think the products are priced right.

One item missing and one wrong item delivered
Contacted immediately, explain problem and asked for right item to be sent and wrong item to be collected.. and provided all relevant info
First email from them asked…. Did I want right item sent and wrong item collected !!! Clearly didn’t read my first email then……
I replied reconfirming I did.
Next email from them… and now they need a safe place confirmed before they can “deal with my issue”…. I didn’t need to confirm a safe place for the original order so why now!
I have replied but this just Feels like delaying tactics when all I want is the goods I paid (next day) for delivered and the wrong item collected
Won’t ever order from then again… first and last

Fantastic! I've made a few orders and fell in love. Their stock is always updated, they have new styles coming in on a regular basis, and the quality of most products is great for the price paid. The reviews are particularly helpful, so are the pictures of the models wearing the clothes with the indication of the size, so you can order the correct one the first time around. If you buy certain items when they go on sale, it's an even better bargain. A lady's basics, though not often on sale, are sold at an affordable price so they can be bought when needed. Returns are free and they are quick to issue refunds, not like other stores where they keep you waiting for months. They also have elegant clothes which look like name brands (if it weren't for the label, no one would know they are not name brands). I can't comment on customer service as i've never had to contact: returns are managed on line and you can book the postal carrier to pick up the return from your home, which is really convenient. I will continue buying, over and over again!!!
