Refund for return is late again - it says it will take 7 to 10 days on the website. You wait this time period - then they tell you "technical issues" then they say it should read "working days"...... then the online chat just cuts you off. I would be very careful about ever buying online as they simply never refund you in time and are rude. Such a shame as the clothes are great..... but the overall service is just as important and that is very poor
Very good experience, it was easy simple really professional, i didn’t get any trouble while using this service, thank you very much Rever thank you Boggi Milano

Think twice before you order online at Boggi. If you want your money back from an online order, they deduct far too much euro's for the return. Or they offer you a giftcard.. Never again. Fashion and stores are ok.

worst in store return policy, only store credit or exchange. staff never explains about the policy. And very difficult to return things bought online.

Like everyone else in the comments, I dropped a pretty buck on Boggi products and there have been some heavy misses. Shoes bleed color onto socks and feet, knitwear came undone in less than a year. Customer service robotic and disinterested. I would never ever buy here again.

Ordered a suit online . It arrived promptly. But the quality of the suit was a shocker. Made in China. 3rd rate bargain basement quality. Returned. Hopefully the refund will be made quickly.

I bought several items from your store, including shirts, shorts, and T-shirts, and spent around £600. After only a few months, they were in terrible condition.
I took one of the T-shirts back to the Westfield branch where I had purchased it. They kept it for three weeks to investigate and eventually told me the damage was due to user error.
I know how to wear and care for a T-shirt. At first, the fabric seemed to be of good quality, but after wearing it, it became clear that the quality was actually very poor.
I’m extremely disappointed with this brand. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of standing behind your products, they simply blamed me. I still wear £3 T-shirts from Primark that I’ve had for more than three years, and they are in much better condition than yours.

Sometimes a good vendor makes all tze difference. Normally i do not enjoy shopping at boggi as staff is pushy, opinionated, nosey and sometimes even rude. Must be the Italian style and as a customer you need to put them in their place sometimes. With a fashion professional myself I do not appreciate unasked Tution from Staff in a desperation of trying to push and sell stuff to you as a customer. However this weekend I had a rather pleasant surprise with Andreas Müller, who was forthcoming, professional, friendly and still made good recommendations - and sales! Wish that all staff at Boggi would be like him. Big shoutout to HR that staff should take an example from Andreas Müller.

I had a very disappointing experience with Boggi Milano's online store and customer service.
After returning my order, part of my refund was issued as a webshop gift card instead of money. The gift card balance itself originated from an earlier refund, meaning my own money has effectively become trapped in an endless cycle of gift cards.
I repeatedly asked customer service to explain the legal or regulatory basis for this policy. Their replies kept referring to "fiscal regulations," "security reasons," and "payment network rules," but despite multiple requests they never cited any specific law or regulation. Instead, I received generic responses that did not address the questions I had asked.
I also proposed reasonable alternatives, such as reimbursing the gift card amount through another monetary method or converting it into a gift card that could be used in a physical Boggi store, since trying on clothing in person would greatly reduce the need for returns. Those requests were simply ignored.
What disappointed me most was not only the refund policy itself, but the poor customer service. My emails were met with copy-and-paste responses, several questions went unanswered, and after my final follow-up the company stopped responding altogether.
If you shop at Boggi Milano online, be aware that refunds involving gift cards may leave your money locked into their ecosystem, and don't expect customer service to provide clear explanations when you ask for them.
Edit: As expected your reply to my review does not address any of the points I made at all.

I shop at various stores worldwide, I have never come across any stores and on line store like Boggi, they have great products for less money, their staff are well trained, friendly and efficient!
Their return policy is very simple and efficient too!
Their polo shirts are my favourite especially those made from Japanese cotton and cotton/silk fabric. They are very comfortable and easy to wear!
Great products!

we were always a big fan of Boggi and have always bought items in the actual shops. We have a loyalty card.
For the first time I ordered online and need to return items.
The order arrived in 2 different parcels.
For the return I went on their website to process the return from there. I received 1 label only but need to return it in 2 as it also arrived 2 and one items would be damaged if I would add it to parcel number 1.
For several weeks I am trying to receive a 2nd label. The keep telling me I need to return it in one parcel (WHY?!?!??! It arrived in 2 parcels). They know exactly what item It I and still refuse to just issue that label.
I feel quite fooled around. When I finally went back to my account to do as they forced me to do, there was not even the option (As I have already done it the first time). So they also do not understand what the problem is and just hide behind their 'rules'.
I am at the end of this and can not at all recommmend and will not order from there again.
This was just super annoying, NEVER AGAIN!

Boggi Milano Amsterdam, Mr. Arash just knows.
I have been to the shop multiple times and I always get the best help and advice from Mr. Arash.
The quality of the suits and clothing is really good.

Absolutely the worst ethics of any "premium" fashion brand.
Spent £169 on trousers in April.
Returned unworn with tags on 3 days later.
Insisted on issuing a credit note, rather than returning payment to card.
Only allowed to access the credit by disabling all wifi security settings and connecting to their network. I refused and highlighted the risk to my data. Complained numerous times and asked for money back or another form of credit, they refused every one.
2 weeks ago received an email admitting their systems have been hacked.
Still refuse to honour a refund and now ghosting me.
Simply the worst retailer I have ever dealt with on the basis of their use of privacy and tech policies (or lack thereof) to effectively steal my money.

I have been a Boggi Milano customer for years and previously purchased t-shirts, jackets, coats, shirts, and ties both online and from their Rome store without any issues. Unfortunately, my latest online experience was extremely disappointing.
I ordered:
* A Field Jacket (size L)
* A Cotton Jersey T-shirt (size L)
Both items arrived significantly larger than standard L sizing. The t-shirt measured around 76 cm in length, while the jacket was around 82 cm long. Sleeve lengths and overall proportions were also excessively oversized. My father, who normally wears XL–XXL, tried them on — the jacket fit him perfectly, and even the t-shirt was loose on him.
I contacted Boggi Milano customer service, provided detailed photos and measurements, and explained that I live in Baku, Azerbaijan. Since Boggi does not ship directly here, I had to use a forwarding company in Germany, which makes returns almost impossible and very expensive.
Despite all the evidence, I was simply told that the sizing was “correct” because the t-shirt is “oversized fit” and the jacket is “regular fit.” Even my tailor confirmed that the items could not realistically be adjusted.
Very disappointing experience from a premium brand that I previously trusted. Sadly, after this experience, I no longer feel confident shopping online from Boggi Milano.
Customer service was polite, but the final resolution did not reflect the level of customer satisfaction I expected from the brand.

Boggi Milano -38660 Arona Santa cruz de Tenerife
Please be careful with payments!!!!!! I made a purchase on April 5, 2026 for the amount of EUR 415.60 and paid with an AMEX card. Then I was informed that the payment did not go through and was asked to use another card.
Now I have noticed that I have been charged twice. There is no way to contact the store — there is no phone number or email address on the receipt.
If anyone has a phone number or any other way to contact this store, I would appreciate your help.
