Cancellation was horrible
Cancellation was horrible. I accidentally booked a wrong flight like a second ago and had to pay $220 fee to cancel the flight it was just literally a second ago. The computer was lagging and after i clicked with my mouse multiple times, it went to book the high fee refundable tickets. Customer service was responsive, but they didn’t really try to help me cancel with fee waive eventhough it was booked like a second ago, not fully 5 minutes yet.
