Budd Shirtmakers Reviews 

Ordered online a week ago on 29/06/26 which was processed on 30/06/26 for the item to arrive in 1-2 days by £12 DHL Express UK at the Budd’s website. The Budd shipped it, but not on the same day as they promise for the orders placed before 12 am (it was from the previous day evening!), but day later on 1st July in the afternoon.
Still “waiting”
Have written emails to the Budd’s Customer Service twice - with zero response
Very unhappy, as the item was for a formal wedding last weekend, I used my old dressings instead, and don’t need this anymore even if it appears belatedly.
The service is NOT as it was promised on many accounts.

I would put 0 Zero stars for a “gentlemen’s” shop with such services.

*UPDATE* The Budd has only responded shortly after me contacting Barclays, and the bank filed the claim for reimbursement. The Budd’s manager was very apologetic and has promised on telephone to reimburse me in full, and said they will send me their prepaid return shipping label to ship it back.

Made two separate sales enquiries by email and received no response. They insist on having your phone number, which isn't necessary. I entered a dummy number (and told them).

Was their failure to respond a hissy fit resulting from my unwillingness to participate in their data collection exercise or just naked incompetence? I'll never know, because I won't be going back.

You also have to agree to terms and conditions to submit a sales enquiry!

Another company with no judgment when it comes to finding proper IT support. Ordered with them over the years. Now I have to pass the anti-robot test and mess around with pretty pictures only to get told my email address is not recognised.

Why is the world full of IT morons?

customerservice the worst i have experience.. the manage to use 6 weeks in total from sending your item. Which was wrong size, before they instead of sending the right size back.
Which they did have. Sending money…

If you want quality all the way. From the product to customer service.

Go for Turbull and Asser! They now how to treat there customers..
