Best solution I've tried so far
I have a nail that has been infected for 10 years, and nothing worked to make it better. I took a course of medication prescribed by a nail specialist three times, with mixed results. I tried soaking in vinegar along with the third round of meds, and that had better results. Orivelle is the first thing that actually made the nail less brittle and more manageable, so I have hopes that contionued use will clear it all up.

BEWARE OF RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION !!
I agree that the ordering process is a ploy and I do feel that I was duped. I only wanted 1 pen to try but the ordering process made this difficult. I ended up with an order for 3 pens at £32.97.
The pens arrived and were easy to use and very effective at treating the problem so for that I am grateful.
This order was placed in September.
Last weekend on 1st November I noted a further payment of £32.97 to Orivelle pending from bank account. As I hadn't made an order I immediately contacted my bank who were unable to stop the debit was it was pending. I asked my bank to block any further debits and put that in place.
I spent most of my Sunday in contact with Orville who advised that I had a "recurring subscription" I do not have any recollection of setting this up and indeed my bank advised that companies often have this in their "small print"
I had not been sent any correspondence from Orville regarding setting up a recurring subscription.
It took repeated efforts throughout the day before they finally agreed to terminate this arrangement.( my bank had blocked them anyway)
I explained that I didn't set it up and the response was that they were aware that the 'recurring subscription " was something customers don't note at the checkout stage! surely then the have a responsibility to make this more explicit ! but they won't do that because its a ploy for more sales.
I asked for the pending £32.97 to not be taken from my account, this was declined as order had been dispatched. however, if I was not satisfied I could send it back for a refund, well from reading another customers review of that process, I won't be bothering with that.
I still haven't received the pens but apparently 3 more are on their way.

The company is running a scam. When you buy one pen they automatically enter you into a subscription they do not bring to your attention. When you contact them about the second unauthorised sale they say you can return it but I presume they will get you to pay for the postage. Scam. Scam.Scam!

Don't use this company.
Purchasing product is a nightmare as their ordering system is very confusing and you can end up ordering duplicate items before you complete transaction and you realise your order is not what you wish there is no way you can amend. Cancel order completely within a few minutes and it will not be accepted stating it is already in transit. Its just a ploy. To return an item is impossible and the return address on package when delivered is a scam return address. I know as I have experienced it. Company was reported to my credit card company. Credit card company said that they had had complaints before with this company. Save your money
