This place is a scam. Ordered a business stretch shirt (XL) and when it arrived it was labeled XL but was probably a XXS. The material was the poorest quality I have ever seen even the buttons were brittle plastic and there was loose threads at all points. I paid £23 to return a £36 shirt out of principle. 3 months later and still waiting for a refund.

Terrible. They sent the wrong shoes size and they didnt want to refund the full amount.

Absolutely shit company!!!bought a suit was bit tight so trying to return for a full refund but because Orizele are not replying to my emails ( shock) but were very helpful wen i was making a purchase!! I cnt return as DHL need a contact number on the label incase they need to call to deliver
Orizele are now ignoring my countless emails!!!
It was £34 royal mail to post back btw hence why im going dhl for half price
Doubtful i will get the refund once thy receive it anyway so its a pointless exercise
Money badly spent scammed to another fake clothing brand!!

Once I ordered they blocked me from accessing their site .
They have sent 2 cheap items , but said delivered 3 after 8 weeks
I’m still waiting for another 3. They won’t support with returns
I have contacted my bank.

Orizelle's advert promises speedy delivery lol, five weeks later and my shirt still hasn't arrived. Then, they have the cheek to email me a week ago asking if I'm enjoying wearing the shirt they sent...I HAVEN'T GOT IT YET!!! If you're reading this review, please don't touch this company with a barge pole. I can't even get in touch to complain as their contact details lead nowhere

Ordered it 3 weeks ago for a wedding and it still hasn't arrived. Cheap yes but still don't know about the quality

DO NOT USE ! Hasnt arrived tracking gets an error code no customer service as no replies from that either

Zero stars if I could have given them. Ordered a 3 piece suit I’ve only received order confirmation. Click on the tracking and it then the website is not working. Emailed them and no response this is a big SCAM!

Do not buy ! The quality was very poor and nothing like the image. They offer a free returns but actually charge you to return to China .

When I clicked to buy the item it said delivery 1 day. Weeks later and still not received my order and tracking just says Label created. Would not order from this company again!

Very bad - do not use this company. Suit arrived late- was badly packed/ poor quality and response time was very slow. Was not aware product is coming from China so return postage was costing me just short of £40 was not worth the hassle had to cut my losses and accept I had been scammed and take a refund of £11 from a £60 order.

For the first time of my life i’m being asked to review a product that wasn’t arrived yet.Big mistake not looking at the reviews before hand. So yes the experience is really bad . Please avoid this company if I could i will rate minus 5!!!! That’s how frustrated i am

Not received item, and Orizele do not respond to emails

Hasn’t been delivered.

I ordered a jacket on 7th July, today is 22nd July and my jacket hasn’t been delivered yet. The tracking code doesn’t provide any information apart from the fact that the label was created.

I wish I read the reviews on TrustPilot before placing an order.

I will wait for three weeks and then contact customer services for a refund. But unfortunately, it’s clear that getting a refund is not possible with this company. My last resort will be to claim it through the credit card provider.

AVOID! Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Its such a shame. Says 2-4 days delivery - mine took 2 weeks. Tracking wasn't bad but I could see how long it was taking and it was frustrating. I emailed to query and was answered but very generic reply, basically it will be there when it arrives. It was for a wedding and it arrived while I was at the wedding so didn’t need it anymore, I haven't even opened the packaging to see the quality.. Emailed for a return but still waiting a reply. Such a shame as they could potentially have a good thing here but AVOID!

Wish I had read the reviews. Awful service. Ordered 2 weeks ago and had no update, when chased get a generic email with some BS about issues with courier service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.
