When my item was damaged Faye was incredibly helpful, polite and prompt to respond, solving the situation very professionally and quickly.
Unfortunately faulty items happen but good customer service meant that I have trust to continue using the brand as it was handled so well.

Will from customer services was able to provide a resolution and helped to fix the problem fast :), very happy!

Easy to order quick delivery and product lovely quality

Very disappointing customer service. A genuine concern was escalated to senior support, only to be met with repeated references to “automated systems” and company policy rather than any attempt to actually help. Saying the feedback will be “shared with the relevant teams” feels rather meaningless when they have acknowledged the process could be clearer but are unwilling to do anything about the issue in the meantime. A little goodwill and willingness to resolve a poor customer experience would have gone a long way.

A button fell of my new top after one wash. I was worried this was going to be a nightmare to get resolved. Along came Faye on a Sunday after I submitted a ticket very easily through the AI chat. She was very fast in dealing with the situation and after sending some pictures she issued a full refund and a 15% off code for my next purchase. I was absolutely delighted! Excellent customer service. Thank you.

This is ridiculous, the website is offering 25% off. But when I purchased it was automatically applied the code for 15 %off only!!!!! And the agents told me can’t refund the difference.

I’ve been getting the majority of my gym wear from Adanola for a couple of years now and will always recommend it for quality, wear and how is washes. Recently I dealt with their customer service team. I contacted them over the logo coming off a pair of leggings. This pair I had had for over six months mind and it’s the first pair I’ve had this happen to. I spoke to someone called Eve who replied to me very quickly. The issue was sorted immediately and I was really impressed with how easy and personable it was. So much so I’ve written this. Really happy to keep shopping with them!

Still waiting on my order and no help from customer service and tracking is unavailable

Great customer service, came back to be straight away and honoured my 15% discount on first order when I had to cancel and amend it.

Disappointing. Product quality has fallen in their leggings. Very sneaky refund process when using a gift card and topping up payment by card. When returning part of an order, they retained the additional funds paid by card and instead refunded the gift card, so essentially I ended up paying more for the item I kept despite having a gift card to use. No help from customer service. Poor from a big company

I received my order and wasn’t happy with the Adanola print , I emailed customer services and I have to say I was emailed within the hour about my order and a refund was sent the very next day .

faye was really helful and amazing fast replies

I was so worried about being a bigger girlie and these clothes. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. I have sweatshirts and knitwear but never leggings. They incredibly soft and feel amazing. They fit incredibly well. I can’t wait to wear them. I’m obsessed by the rugby shirt!
