Very disappointing customer service. A genuine concern was escalated to senior support, only to be met with repeated references to “automated systems” and company policy rather than any attempt to actually help. Saying the feedback will be “shared with the relevant teams” feels rather meaningless when they have acknowledged the process could be clearer but are unwilling to do anything about the issue in the meantime. A little goodwill and willingness to resolve a poor customer experience would have gone a long way.
