The most amazing customer experience

The most amazing customer experience, honestly! I’ve never had a company reply to me so fast and so efficiently you can tell they really care about their customers. I’ve been ordering from Hala from years and this was the first time I had any sort of issue but they solved it so promptly!
10/10 experience, due to my good experience they’ve made me want to buy even more from them!!

The two men that delivered my sofa and…

The two men that delivered my sofa and bed were amazing today! My property has no lifts and they climbed 5 flights of stairs to deliver my 3 seater massive sofa, so polite aswell!

After a dreadful experience with last minute.com the agent Valerie burton saved my trip!! She was so patient and kind, explaining every small detail. More members of staff like her are needed in the service industry! Would book with her again in the future, extremely happy!
