Still waiting for a refund
Still waiting for a refund of a student hat that had the ribbon on wonky and covering the name, parts coming off on the side and several other issues. A year later, still no refund.
Response to the comment: I didn't pick the wrong domain, the order was made on the Swedish website, the order confirmation came from the Swedish site with the email address from the Swedish company, so it's only when it comes to support that is suddenly a different company. When I first raised the issue I used the online form directly from the order confirmation page, the one I got to from an email from ABCgruppen, and that apparently sent me to the Swedish support. The Swedish support didn't offer to transfer to the Danish support, they just closed the case.
But the review stands as this is the site my order information came from.
I want to add that the order was placed with the Swedish site, they are the ones sending the reminders before placing the order, and who sent the link to my design. They are however not dealing with the complaint as you can see from their response, and neither is the danish site. So avoid if you want quality, they will deliver poor quality and then not respond to emails - but the review got a response within days.
