Elvira was such an amazing help

Elvira was such an amazing help. I needed my hat to be made early so she went out of her way to talk to the production team and make sure that my hat could be pushed in production and made in time for me to get it by next year January!

They could help me which I love

They could help me which I love, however they took long to answer to each of my message. Like i first sent a message and when they answered and I also answered I had to wait nearly 3 hours for another response. But for the rest, the person was very kind and helpful :)

Awesome service, a flexible procedure in design and immensely high qualities!

I am very satisfied with the communication and service provided toward their customers. The agility during the process of creating a hat was very efficient. Furthermore, the simplicity in designing the hats made the ordering much more efficient since I was able to see a modification in a 3-dimensional module. Also because the hats are tailor-made bumps up the quality of the hats even more! In essence, really awesome service, a flexible procedure in design and immensely high qualities!
