Title: Poor experience, unexpected costs, and unsatisfactory repair outcome
I used Norauto Châteauroux St Maur expecting a straightforward service, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged more than 1,200 euros for my E-Class 200 CGI, yet the issue was not properly resolved, and I still have to arrange for the car to be fixed correctly in England.
The communication was poor, the costs were not clearly justified, and the final result did not match the amount charged. For any English driver considering this garage, I would strongly advise getting a written estimate in advance and confirming exactly what will be repaired before agreeing to any work.
A service should leave the car roadworthy and the customer confident in the result. That was not my experience here, and I would not recommend this garage based on the quality of service I received.

Specifically, Norauto Salon de Provence. I came for a quick checkup and AC fillup. The shop assistant could not provide me with a service just because the software was not able to record a foreign car plate number. This is unacceptable customer support. I have received much better service with the same Norauto in Manosque, where the service was impeccable.

I can only speak to an exchange I had in the store at Bordeaux Lac. They were locking up, said they were closed, I explained I had a leak and just needed some oil. The fellow at the door and the manager, I believe, let me in to buy my sorely needed oil. I’m grateful for their kindness, Anatole not so much.

I visited Norauto Vinarós recently and I was so impressed with the service provided, very efficient and professional. I needed 4 new tyres and and I was nervous as I don't speak the language. However the staff were incredibly helpful, one person in particular spoke incredible English and explained everything in great detail, he was so kind and patient. I would definitely highy recommend Norauto Vinaŕós, especially to those that can't Spanish.

Au moins six fois, tous les cinq à six mois, je me suis rendu au garage à cause de ma climatisation. À chaque fois, ils ont fait l'appoint de gaz. Ils m'ont toujours dit que c'était normal et que la climatisation n'avait PAS de fuite. C'était bien sûr un MENSONGE ! Hier, ils m'ont soudainement dit que la climatisation avait une fuite et que NORAUTO ne pouvait pas la réparer, que je devais aller dans un autre garage et qu'il n'y avait plus de garantie. Remboursez-moi mon argent. J'ai déjà dépensé au moins 1000 euros pour RIEN. Je me sens complètement trompé par NORAUTO.

NORAUTO LES ARCS is a disaster!
At least six times, every five to six months, I was at the garage because of my air conditioning. Each time, they refilled the gas. They always told me that this was normal and that the air conditioning had NO leak. Of course, that was a LIE! Yesterday, they suddenly said that the air conditioning had a leak and that NORAUTO couldn't repair it, that I had to go to another garage and that the warranty was no longer valid. Give me my money back. I've already paid at least € 1,000 for NOTHING. I feel completely cheated by NORAUTO.

Thieves and liars! Stay away from this place!
I only asked for an AC check to make sure my air conditioning was working properly. The check showed everything was fine, but then they went ahead and topped it up from 590 to 630 grams without asking me and charged €139 for it. Afterwards, the service was terrible – they flat-out lied, claiming cleaning and other work was needed, while the invoice clearly states that everything was in good condition after the inspection.

After struggling to find anyone who wanted to help, possibly due to the size of the tyre and being English!
We was advised by Euromaster to try Norauto in Puget Sur Argens , and what a delight Jade was! A true credit to your team and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help.

Despite having to use Google translate, and I am sure we was a nightmare for her on her birthday, she dealt with us amazingly well. We have been back today to have the tyre fitted and was no problem at all, with no damage to the rim.

Thank you for your help and saving us a little less stress being so far from home.

Polite greeting received when I visited Loudeac Norauto to get tyre wear checked.
Tyres were fitted and alignment done on the date with the time stated.

We broke down in Chenove France and just managed to get the car to Norauto thinking it was a faulty battery, the staff looked at the car and found that the alternator belt had snapped, they kindly ordered the parts and we're so very helpful and patient with us even though we didn't speak french. The car was fixed a few days later once the part was delivered and we were told it was ready much earlier than expected. We spoke to Yorik who was extremely supportive and all the team at this branch are excellent and we can't thank them enough and we would highly recommend them to anyone

I bought a scissor jack S10 from Norauto and it's worthless, it tips to one side with only a bit of pressure, the wheel didn't even go of the ground! It should lift 1000kg but it tilts at much less. On closer inspection the gears of the arms are made of a metal thin plate instead of a massive peace of steel. Don't buy parts from Norauto! It's total crap!
Auto5 should be ashamed to sell their products too!

I had a problem with my motorhome when near the Swiss border. I called in at Norauto in Sierentz. The parts shop is amazing and the staff were all extremely helpful. I was back on my way to Italy within a few minutes. Well done Norauto in Sierentz.

I purchased an engine hoist online for collection in the Conde-sur-Sarthe branch of Norauto and the two guys I spoke with with super-helpful - a real credit to this store. I will certainly not hesitate in using this store for my automative spares and parts in the future.

After taking appointment online and received confirmation, I drive for 45min and when I arrive, I am told that they have no time and that they won't be able to service my car... not going back eve. They are poorly organized and it is the customer who pays the consequences

We were visiting Amiens on 16.12.23 from the UK when we got a puncture, we do not speak much French so we’re a little worried, however when we visited the Amiens store, we were served by a young man called Karim. Karim was such a lovely pleasant young man who looked after us and helped us so much and got us back on the road within 30 mins. 5 Stars to Karim.!!

We had full service on our van, and were advised we needed a new flexible brake pipe, so we booked it in to have the work done. We took the van in for the appointment, they had it up on the ramps, and after an hour they called to say they didn't have the part needed!! Hopeless.

I've been a loyal customer of Norauto at the Artisanal Zone, Croix Du Bazert, 31510 Seilhan, Haute-Garonne, France for nearly five years, entrusting them with the care of my vehicle. My Opel Movano, now 11 years old, has been remarkably reliable over the years, but in the past two weeks, it required some much-needed attention and maintenance due to its age.
The dashboard electronics alerted me to issues with the brakes and airbags, prompting me to visit Norauto for diagnostics and necessary repairs. While there, I decided to go ahead with the installation of new all-season tyres and an annual service.
