Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. They sent me a 'free test', called me later from Pforzheim to ask how it was and asked me if I want something else. I said send me 1 time this next Saturday some schoko croissants. Do not contact or answer any Morgengold unless you want to be trapped in some delivery you can not cancel. So to be clear, for example one croissant is 2,4, you need to get at least 3 per week so is 7,2 euros with a 2,75 euros delivery tax is 9,95 x 4 weeks you got to pay around a minimum 40 euros per month and you can not cancel. EDIT: And since Morgengold answered that they are sorry and I should contact Kundenservice, I will add here I contacted Kundenservice in first day. Their answer is they cant do nothing and I should contact the Franchise Partner. The Franchise Partner answer he is sorry to inform me I cant quit for at least 3 months. Wonderful customer support. Exact answers: wir bedauern, dass Sie sich entschieden haben, unsere Dienste nicht mehr in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Leider müssen wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass Ihre fristlose Kündigung nicht akzeptiert werden konnte.
Die Begründung hierfür lautet:
Ihre außerordentliche Kündigung können wir nicht akzeptieren, da kein fristloser Kündigungsgrund vorliegt. Bitte beachten Sie die im Vertrag und in den AGB geregelten Kündigungsfristen. And the Kunden Service said : wie bereits mitgeteilt, haben wir hier in der Zentrale keinen Zugriff auf Kundendaten.
Wenn Sie Ihre Daten löschen lassen wollen, müssen Sie das direkt mit Ihrem zuständigen Franchisepartner klären. I would add direct photos but I don't see a button to do that on Trustpilot.
